The InguzEQ plugin appears on the Plugins menu:
The EQ menu shows two or more EQ bands, depending on the equalizer type chosen under Settings. Each frequency band (bass/treble, bass/mid/treble, etc) can be adjusted individually.
Other menu options control different types of equalization:
(flatness: this only appears if a room-correction filter has been selected)
and adjust the stereo image:

(width)
The Settings sub-menu has options controlling the type of EQ and digital filters:
